In these paintings the female form is used as an analogy for landscape. The figures are cropped so that the models are depersonalized and the curved shapes represent the gentle sloping hills commonly found in landscape painting. Contains nudity…may be offensive to some people. View more
Portraits
These oversized portraits are an extension of the Bodyscapes series. I further explored the colour and texture information that I experimented with in the earlier series. Inspired by Hollywood ephemera of movie stars, I created poster size oil paintings using friends and acquaintances as models. View more
